They include free WIFI connection which is not normal in Spain, and the breakfast is actually very good with loads of different food offer. Also the staff was very professional. Nice views of the mountains. Located close to a shopping area.
A bit far from the city where all the historical areas are but close to la Alhambra.
Location of hotel and facilities (the spa was very good although we did have to pay extra to use the pool and sauna)
Everything is charged extra. Even the car parking!!
The architecture of hotel was beautiful and modern .The spa was very unique ,clean and relaxing. Restaurant has a big variety of food to offer with affordable price and sometimes Breakfast or dinner come with buffet .By Bus root 4 you can get to city centre easily and by bus root 10 you can reach to couch station.
Hotel room was clean and tidy but there were not any spare blanket and over the night was a little bite cold.TV channel has not got variety in different languages.it should be a kettle in the room.
We liked the electronic toilet. It does the job! We liked the exterior glass lifts; the large and comfortable beds; the wide shower; the hairdryer; the free Wifi; the view outside; the rubber ring and the chair for the disabled in the swimming pool; the spaciousness of the hotel itself.
The swimming pool was a strange angular shape and a bit dirty; the room fittings were of average quality
Even though it was in the middle of a city it still has a pool which is necessary in 40 degree heat. It has great transport links and is an easy commute to the city centre. The hotel room was clean and had fast internet access. It was an enjoyable stay.
The only flaw was it was a bit away from the city centre which meant taxs home late at night. But we knew of this when we booked so cannot argue with that.
We have stayed here many times, and just love its position and easy access into Granada. The staff are always welcome and will always do their best to offer you the best room. We will go again soon!
We were very impressed with this hotel,It is a new hotel, the rooms are very well equipped, the public areas were excellent and the staff were very friendly. It is however a city hotel so there are no gardens but as it is only a 10 minute taxi ride (9€) from the Alhambra Palace it was an ideal location for us. There are a few bars in the area and the Tapas was excellent.
The cost of breakfast (12€ each) was not included in the room rate and the car park was 15€ per night which I thought was expensive.
Out of the noisy city centre but not far to travel in , local bus terminus with frequent service ( 10mins) and only 1.50 euros. A few resto's within walking distance. Rooms modern, clean and comfortable.
The design with some rooms on the floors1-3 overlooking the hotel reception /restuarant area.....noisy marriage celebration ongoing when we arrived which was heard in our room. the staff kindly put us on the 4 th floor in a nice quiet room.
The spa was great, at affordable prices.
My wife discovered a hair strap on the bathroom under the sink that was there for god knows how long.
The hotell staff was great. They were friendly and helpfull. I allso liked that there good comunications into the city.
Room was clean, hotel and facilities were very nice
They do not tell you that the spa is an extra 20 euro per person per hour, staff were not very nice in the spa
Onsite parking is far too expensive and the prices are not shown clearly to the clients.
We have been to this hotel many many times. Unfortunately now it is in need of refurbishment, with the paint peeling, and the bathroom floors stained. Shame.... hope they soon rectify this.
Cannot recommend this hotel anymore until they refurbish.
The hotel itself is good but the staff is very unfriendly and non- cooperative. Location is oK but not close to Al-hamra palace. Plenty of parking outside. I would not stay at this place again just because of the staff.
The staff is not friendly and the place is run by crooks. There is free parking outside but they tell you to park in the hotel and pay. We had asked for two connected rooms for our kids but they gave separate unconnected rooms. We were told that breakfast is half price for kids but later on we were charged full price and they even insisted that we should pay 13 euro's for breakfast for a 4 years old!! Be careful! The location is not close Al-Hamra and it is a 15+ minutes drive. We asked for non-smoking rooms but were given smelly smoking rooms!!
We chose this hotel because it had a good price for 2 rooms, 1 night, inclusive of breakfast. Hotel staff was not overly friendly, just correct. Rooms very clean, very nice. The restaurant in the hotel was very nice, especially the staff.
In my opinion, I missed a welcome from the check-in and information about the hotel, the area..
